SpaceMouse® meets Shapr3D | Webinar

Shapr3D

I’ve been using the SpaceMouse as part of my design toolbox for six years, purely because it just makes navigating CAD data more exciting and dynamic. I’m able to very easily navigate the controls to see precisely what I’m trying to understand. The SpaceMouse also makes navigating more accurate. If there’s a specific feature that I need to see from a perspective or want to rotate around to show my design team, it’s a lot easier just to use the SpaceMouse to navigate around my workflow and to show the perspectives that I need to communicate to my team.

One of the things that makes Shapr3D so effective to use on tablets is the ability to navigate in 3D along multiple dimensions at once with simple touch gestures, while simultaneously performing modeling actions with a pen. 3Dconnexion devices bring the same efficient two-handed workflow to desktops: the SpaceMouse enables quick view navigation along six degrees of freedom while the CADmouse and the keyboard can be used for precise selection and quick access to modeling actions via the command bindings.
